Initiate Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process and attach it to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in the original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized shipping carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
